  • Solution 4: Reinstalling the Mouse Drivers

  • Press the Windows and “R” a dialogue box will appear in front of you type “devmgmt.msc” and hit the Enter button.
  • In the next step, you need to expand the segment of “Mice and other pointing devices” make a right click and then select “Uninstall device.”
  • Disconnect the mouse from the system and restart the device. Once the machine is restarted plug the mouse back, and the drivers will be installed automatically.
